Garnier LaRue
Garnier enjoys luxury in his temple, something few others in Ichorstain can boast about. But this luxurious life comes with a price, and he is keenly aware of it.
Biography
Garnier LaRue wanted power, so Garnier LaRue got power. No one told him that he would daily be afraid of a usurper in his temple, or that when the visions dried up, he would struggle with self doubt. Or even that the people of his temple would require a kind, benevolent leader, not someone as determined to be asocial as he is. When he found - or really, was found by - Jacques, he was relieved, though he is loathe to trust the acolyte. Jacques is the only one he can let his guard down around, and be his normal awkward and grumpy self.
Relationships
Garnier is beginning to see Jacques Herisson as someone he can rely on, and Jacques is just happy for whatever his Prophet can give him.
Appearance
Complexion:
His lavender tinted face seems to be tinged orange at the edges, such as along his jaw and the tips of his ears and nose.
Facial features:
He has light green eyes which would be quite pleasant to look at if he wasn't constantly scowling or grimacing from his desire to be as far away from most dragons as physically possible. His nose is long and angular, and often buried in a thick tome detailing the gods' exploits.
Hair:
His bublegum pink hair falls in a curtain framing his face.
Body:
Considering that he required a pulpit long before he acquired a temple, it comes as no surprise that Garnier is 5'4" and not even half an inch taller. His tail is spiny and similarly tinged orange at the tip. He is skinny, to the point that Jacques needles him to eat more rather often, though it never seems to help.
He generally wears a hooded pale grey robe during his sermons, and only changes into elaborate white clothes - bought naturally by his congregation - when only Jacques will see him for the rest of the day.
